These Terms and Conditions describe the use of the BillCraftPro website, its free invoice generator, and its educational content. Please read them before using the service.
The service
BillCraftPro provides a free browser-based invoice generator without requiring an account. You can enter invoice details, add your branding, calculate totals using the values you supply, and download or print an invoice. The tool also offers browser-based saving and backup export and import.
Payment-method fields record your payment instructions on an invoice; they do not collect or transfer money. The email feature opens your own email application with a prepared message. You must check the recipient and message, attach the downloaded PDF yourself, and send the email through your email provider.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking each invoice before sharing it. Check names, addresses, invoice numbers, dates, currencies, quantities, prices, discounts, tax rates, totals, and payment instructions. Use only information and logos you are entitled to use.
You must determine which tax, accounting, invoicing, and record-retention requirements apply to your business. The tool does not determine your tax obligations or guarantee that an invoice meets the requirements of every country or tax authority.
Browser storage and backups
The tool’s save features use storage in your current browser. Saved invoices and clients are not a cloud account and do not automatically follow you to another browser or device. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or losing access to your device may make saved information unavailable.
Download copies of important invoices and export backups regularly. Keep those files secure, particularly when they contain client information. Browser saving is not a substitute for keeping your required business records.
No professional advice
BillCraftPro’s tools and articles provide general information, not individualized legal, tax, or accounting advice. Rules vary by location and can change. Check current official guidance and consult a qualified adviser when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not use BillCraftPro to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to include another person’s information in an invoice.
Intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in the information and materials you enter. You may use the invoices you generate for your lawful business purposes. BillCraftPro branding and original website content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights; using the tool does not transfer ownership of them to you.
Availability and limitations
The website may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Review generated documents and keep independent backups.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
